Venue Information:
UPDATE 1/6/15: Our Hyatt group rate is sold out and the Hyatt will not add additional rooms to our room block. The Hyatt has plentiful, free day-use parking and Santa Rosa has several low-cost hotels that we recommend:

The 2015 Annual Meeting will be held at the Vineyard Creek Hyatt in Santa Rosa, CA. We think you will enjoy the lovely outdoor areas adjacent to our meeting space and the wonderful greenway and creek located behind the hotel where you can run, walk or bike in your free time. The hotel is located in the Railroad Square District which is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. Railroad Square is the beautiful and historic section of Santa Rosa filled with old town ambiance, a hip urban vibe along with authentic old stone buildings, brick-paved streets and incredible restaurants and bars.

Please stay at the Vineyard Creek Hyatt and use our room block so we can meet our contractual obligations with the hotel!
Room Block Sold Out! (as of 1/6/15) We have negotiated a limited number of hotel rooms at the Vineyard Hyatt at $90/night. Our rate is available for nights: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights. This rate is available for single or double occupancy rooms and includes complimentary internet and parking and it is available until January 12, 2015 or until the rooms in our block are sold out, whichever comes first. Please indicate that you are a member of The Western Section of The Wildlife Society to receive our negotiated rate. Note, if you try to book a room that includes sold out dates or dates not in our room block, you will get a message that the rooms are sold out. You will need to make a separate reservation (at a different price) for the extra nights you’d like to reserve as our room block only covers the midweek nights mentioned above.
