Call for Raffle and Auction Donations

Generous tax-deductible contributions (Federal Non profit ID # 95-4470836) to the Western Section raffles have allowed us to help support the educational and professional development of the next generation of wildlife biologists and managers. During the course of our four day conference, raffle and auction contributions will be displayed with donor information in a public place accessible to all conference attendees. The raffle will take place during our awards banquet where donors are acknowledged prior to each item being awarded. In addition, the Western Section will recognize contributors on our website, http://www.tws-west.org , on a donor sheet handed out in the registration packets each registrant receives, in the conference program, and on a poster board displayed with the prize items.

Suggested donations include, but are not limited to, artwork, hunting or fishing trips, vacation home stays, camping equipment, outdoor clothing, optics, navigation equipment, gift certificates, etc. Cash donations are also appreciated and will be used to purchase appropriate raffle items.
